 \n\nExhibitor Space Size(s): Booth spaces are either:\n\n10' x 10'\; or\,\
 n6' x 4'\n\nExhibitor Cost(s):\n\n$93 for 10x10 Table Space\n$60 for 6x4 Ta
 ble Space\n\nBooth Rental (10x10 Tent\, Weights\, 1 Table\, Chair) : $115 
 \nExhibitor Event Ticket(s) & Permit(s): Exhibitor tickets\, once approved\
 , will be sent in advance\; vehicle permits (not a parking pass)\, if appli
 cable—for unloading/loading\, will be emailed approximately one (1) week 
 prior to the event. You will also get a map of the event area including an 
 entry/exit route. You must have a copy of your event ticket\, and vehicle p
 ermit\, if applicable\, to enter the area with your vehicle.Seller’s Perm
 it(s): California (CA) state law requires that all Operators hold a valid C
 A Seller's Permit. This may include applicable business licenses and liabil
 ity insurance specifically required by San Francisco. If you are only parti
 cipating in this one event\, you do not need one\, but if you plan to parti
 cipate in more ArtyHood events you will need to get a CA Seller's Permit. P
 lease reach out to the SF Office of Small Business if you need help applyin
 g for one. Operators should have a copy of their Seller’s Permit with the
 m\, or on their phone\, at the event.Setup: Vehicles will be allowed to ent
 er the area from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. They should be removed as quickly as p
 ossible and must be removed from the area by 11:30 a.m. Booth spaces must b
 e claimed by 11:00 a.m.\, or your space may be reassigned to another applic
 ant.Breakdown: Your booth area must be completely disassembled\, and you ar
 e responsible to clean all materials\, garbage\, and debris—leaving no tr
 ace behind—no later than 6:00p\; and vehicles should be removed as quickl
 y as possible.Hours of Operation: Sales may begin when the booth is set up\
 , and must end at 5:00p so that booth breakdown / load out is complete by 6
 :00p. Booth must be staffed the entire hours of operation. If you don’t a
 bide by these rules your participation in future events may be suspended.Bo
 oths\, Tents\, Tables\, Chairs\, Etc.: Operators must provide their own boo
 th structures\, tents\, tables\, chairs\, water and/or electricity\, etc. O
 n a limited availability basis Booth package rentals—only available for 1
 0’ x 10’ size—(tent (setup for you) with weights\, two (2) 6-foot tab
 les\, and two (2) chairs) may be bought at the same time as your Booth tick
 et\; the event package sent about a month in advance will also include this
  rental opportunity while supplies last.Presentation must be contained with
 in the operator’s exhibitor space and cannot extend beyond the borders of
  the operator’s booth. Operators may stand in front of the booth\, but mu
 st not interfere with the operations of neighboring exhibitors. All tents a
 re required to be sufficiently weighted. If your tent is not properly weigh
 ted and starts to falter\, you will be asked to remove your tent for the sa
 fety of others.Amplified Sound: No amplified sound\, including bullhorns\, 
 is permittedRefunds: No refunds.By purchasing this ticket you acknowledge a
 nd agree to comply with the Exhibitor & Operator Instructions.Exhibitor Agr
 eement:Exhibitor/Operator (Operator) desires to operate a booth space  in 
 the vicinity Noe St & Market St\, business district of The Castro in  in S
 an Francisco\; and Artyhood. desires to permit Operators to use such booth 
 space\, on the terms and conditions described in this agreement. In conside
 ration of the promises made in this agreement\, the parties agree that: 1)
    Artyhood agrees that upon its acceptance of the completed application s
 ubmitted by Operator\, along with full payment for booth space rental\, as 
 set forth in that application\, that it shall allocate a booth space locati
 on for use by Operator on the above date according to the terms and conditi
 ons of this agreement.2)   Operator agrees that Operator\, or agents\, emp
 loyees or independent contractors of Operator (“agents”)\, shall confor
 m with the requirements as set forth in the “Operator Instructions” att
 ached hereto\, which is incorporated by reference and made a part of this a
 greement.3)   Operator agrees to indemnify\, hold harmless\, and defend Ar
 tyhood & its partners\, and sponsors from all liability from loss\, damage\
 , or injury to persons or property arising from the negligence or wrongful 
 conduct of Operator or its agents.4)   Jurisdiction: This agreement is ent
 ered into and shall be governed by the laws of the State of California\, an
 d any dispute shall be resolved through mediation processes agreed upon by 
 ArtyHood and Operator(s). If any court of law actions take place\, they mus
 t be done in San Francisco\, California.5)   This agreement may not be ass
 igned by either party without the prior written consent of the other party.
 6) Event Cancellation Determination: A final weather and safety assessment
  will be conducted at 10:00 PM on the night prior to the event to determine
  whether the event will proceed or be canceled.\nIf the event is cancelled 
 by the organizers:\n\nNo refunds will be issued.\nParticipation may be tran
 sferred to any of the next three (3) scheduled events.\nIf the transfer is 
 not used within those three events\, participation is forfeited.\n\n7) Par
 ticipant Cancellation Policy\n\nCancellations Within 72 Hours of the Event\
 n\nParticipation may be transferred to any of the next three (3) scheduled 
 events.\nNo refunds will be issued.\n\n\nCancellations More Than 72 Hours B
 efore the Event\n\nParticipation is forfeited with no refund and no transfe
 r eligibility.\nExceptions may be considered only on a case-by-case basis f
 or special circumstances.\n\n\nNo-Show / No Communication\n\nParticipants w
 ho do not attend and do not notify organizers will forfeit participation.\n
 Transfers or credits will not be granted.\n\n\n\n8) ArtyHood and Castro Art
  Mart requires that exhibitors maintain General Liability insurance with co
 verage not less than $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate\, naming Artyhood\,
  its partners\, sponsors & the city and county of San Francisco as addition
 al insured. Certificates of insurance can be emailed\, or sent to: Artyhood
 \, 584 Castro St.\, Suite #163\, SF CA 94114. Vendor Liability insurance (o
 ne-day or seasonal) can be secured at companies like ACT (Artists Crafters 
 & Tradesmen)\, and The Event Helper.By purchasing this ticket you agree to 
 all the specified terms and conditions set forth in this application. I fur
 ther release\, indemnify and hold harmless\, Artyhood\, its partners\, spon
 sors\, clients and affiliated organizations or entities\, directors\, offic
 ers\, agents or employees\, or any of the above from any and all liabilitie
 s\, demands\, claims\, damages or costs to property or persons as a result 
 of my participation in Castro Art Mart events.I further release and indemni
 fy ArtyHood & its partners\, and sponsors\, and all of its duly appointed r
 epresentatives of all liability and responsibility for any injury\, damage 
 or loss sustained by exhibitors\, guests or any other participants before\,
  during or after Castro Art Mart as a result of the display of my work\, eq
 uipment or materials.I understand that ArtyHood\, its partners\, sponsors\,
  and agents reserves the right to remove anything that does not meet the st
 andards set forth in this application. I understand that there are no refun
 ds or rain checks. In consideration of acceptance of my application\, I agr
 ee to accept all decisions of ArtyHood\, its partners\, sponsors\, and agen
 ts\, and agree to allow the use of photographs and video taken at the event
  for the purposes of promoting the events this year and in the future.By pu
