Festival of Altars – Food Vendor Registration

Join ArtyHood, The Marigold Project, and the Day of the Dead Festival of Altars for a special Día de Muertos Mercado, presented as part of the larger Day of the Dead celebration in San Francisco’s Mission District.
Taking place on Monday, November 2, 2026, the Mercado will be located at Potrero del Sol / La Raza Park, alongside the longstanding Festival of Altars celebration.
We are inviting Latinx food vendors and food entrepreneurs to be part of this special vending opportunity and share the flavors, traditions, and creativity of our communities during one of the Mission District’s most meaningful cultural celebrations.
The Mercado will take place alongside the Festival of Altars and near the traditional Día de Muertos procession, making it part of a larger neighborhood-wide celebration throughout the Mission District. Vendors should be prepared for a lively and active evening with strong pedestrian activity throughout the area.
This is a unique opportunity to connect with the community, introduce your food to new audiences, and participate in a celebration centered on culture, remembrance, tradition, and community.
