Join ArtyHood, The Marigold Project, and the Day of the Dead Festival of Altars for a special Día de Muertos Mercado as part of the larger Day of the Dead celebration in San Francisco’s Mission District.

Taking place on Monday, November 2, 2026, the Mercado will be located at Potrero del Sol / La Raza Park, alongside the longstanding Festival of Altars celebration.

We are inviting Latinx artists, makers, craft vendors, and small businesses to take part in this special vending opportunity and showcase work that reflects the creativity, culture, traditions, and diversity of our communities.

With the Festival of Altars taking place at the park and the traditional Día de Muertos procession happening nearby, the Mercado will be part of a larger neighborhood-wide celebration. Vendors should be prepared for a lively evening with strong pedestrian activity throughout the area.
